Setting up New Linux Command Line Environment

I chose to use fish shell.

There is a number of config files which I simply copy from the existing installation. There is ~/.config/fish folder that contains all my files.

Some programs that I install on every instance:

1. peco - download this one from https://github.com/peco/peco/releases
2. fzf
3. batcat
4. fdfind
5. ripgre
